Real Estate Development
LCS provides a full range of legal services to the clients such as owners, co-ops, contractors, and sub-contractors having interests in real estate development projects, including but not limited to, government projects such as reconstruction or rebuilding of cities and construction of residential properties and industrial plants.  

Our professionals possess extensive experiences in numerous cases and successfully represented the clients in acquisition of the construction rights from certain contractors in the event of such contractors’ bankruptcy or insolvency during the process of development projects.   

In addition, based on the knowledge and expertise in real estate law, the clients will be able to benefit from our experienced real estate team in cases involving real estate trusts in order for the clients to avoid any loss or damage from such real estate trusts.
LCS offers across-the-board services in connection with construction projects such as review of contracts, administrative services related to licenses and permits, litigations involving issues such as fair trading between contractors and sub-contractors, rights of sunlight and view, civil complaints, construction price and repair of defects.  

In addition, our professionals provide specialized legal services related to establishment of consortium for business projects, execution of agreements with government authorities, the entire process of bidding (especially in the area of appealing or seeking injunctive relief against the designation of winning bidder or preferred bidder).

A wide range of legal services, including drafting and review of contracts for construction projects involving project financing, and providing legal advice on the establishment and operation of real estate investment companies involving PFV, REITs, and other real estate investment funds, are offered by our experienced professional practitioners.
